Jeep Safari Rules & Regulation to Follow
- A Gypsy can accommodate six passengers. An entry permit is mandatory.
- We advise advance safari bookings. You need to fill Name, age, gender and ID number of the traveler. Tourists may come across random checks at the time of the actual visit so you should carry all booking essentials. Our online submission details must be available at the time of your presence at safari time.
- Note on advance information and prepayments at least 60 days in advance jeep drive are possible to arrange, subject to availability with the entry point as per the rules of the forest department. Only 20 jeeps are allowed in the park per trip. While per day at least 12 elephant safari are allowed for the tourists.
- Once the jeep/elephant is booked on the name of the party/group the amount of booking is neither refundable nor adjustable.
- Following every step is important and you should do the pre-booking so that you will get to see the forest as earliest. Let your dream be real and see one-horned rhino closely.
- Getting down from the jeep safari inside the interiors of Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary is an offence and punishable offense as by the law of Assam forest department.
